Tips for Staying Motivated About Workouts

Creating a workout routine isn’t difficult; you just pick a time in your day you to work out, look up some exercise videos online, buy a yoga mat and voila! Right? However, staying motivated to work out is where the real effort, commitment, and dedication is required. 

Finding motivation to exercise on days when you’re home from a hectic day at work can be difficult. This is where you might lose the battle. But the good news is this problem is solvable.
