NMC Welcomes Family Physician John J. Hart, MD

Newton Medical Center (NMC) announces the addition of family physician John J. Hart, MD. Dr. Hart will join Mid Kansas Family Practice, the hospital’s primary care clinic in Hesston.

“Dr. Hart will be a great addition to our team at Mid Kansas Family Practice,” said Alex Haines, vice president of clinic operations. “With his extensive training and experience, we look forward to further extending care to our patients in Hesston.”

Born and raised in Missouri, Dr. Hart completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri (MU). He went on to earn his doctorate degree through the MU School of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Hart moved to Wichita to complete his residency through the Wesley Family Practice Residency Program in Wichita. Dr. Hart is board certified in family medicine.

Prior to joining NMC, Dr. Hart saw patients at Hillside Medical Office in Wichita.

In anticipation of growing patient needs, Mid Kansas Family Practice will welcome a second family medicine physician. Chris Stanley, MD, is currently completing his residency through the Wesley Family Medicine Residency program and will join the clinic in Fall 2019.
