On Tuesday, March 1, Newton Medical Center will host an open house for its cardiac rehabilitation program.
The public is invited to tour the updated cardiac rehab gym between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day. In addition to viewing new equipment, guests will have the opportunity to learn about the hospital’s program as well as meet and ask questions of the program staff.
To wrap up American Heart Month, the winner of a 1-year family membership to the YMCA will be drawn. During the month of February, the hospital held heart-related activities where attendees had the opportunity to take a heart quiz and be entered into the drawing.
The open house will be held in the cardiac rehabilitation gym, located in the main hospital building at 600 Medical Center Drive.
