Surgical Technologist

NMC Health is proud to set an award-winning standard for healthcare and is currently seeking a Surgical Technologist for our Operating Room. - the safe and effective conduct of surgical procedures
- a safe operating room environment
- properly functioning equipment
- operative procedures are conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety
As a Surgical Technologist you will use your expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique, knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies daily. We’re looking for a highly professional team member who is comfortable communicating with doctors and surgical teams as well as tending to the needs of his or her patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience:
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program
- Previous experience helpful but not required
Licensure, registration and certification:
- BLS required
- Certification preferred
