We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Surgical Unit. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients which includes comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs, planning, coordination, teaching, counseling, and direct physical care. Your skills in evaluating patient response and progress toward outcomes, will be used daily and are an essential aspect of the care you will give. We recognize we can’t provide the level of compassionate care that we do without the dedicated work of people like you. We’re looking for a highly professional RN who is comfortable reassuring families and communicating with doctors as well as tending to the needs of his or her patients.
This is a full-time day shift position that consist of a total of three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 am – 7 pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience:
- ADN/BSN degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required
Licensure, registration and certification:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
- Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
- Certification in Advance Cardiac Life Support recommended
