In this key role within our Breast Imaging Department, you’ll use advanced imaging technology and a gentle approach to support early detection and wellness for every patient who walks through our doors.

You’ll work under the guidance of our Imaging Department Medical Director, delivering patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, accuracy, and trust. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and who thrives on working with patients from diverse backgrounds. 

What You Will Do:

  • Perform mammography exams following FDA and ACR standards

  • Prioritize patient comfort and communication throughout the imaging process

  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for high-quality outcomes

  • May oversee modality operations and delegate tasks based on team capabilities

  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology

  • Minimum 1 year of imaging experience preferred

  • DEXA scanning experience is a plus

Certifications & Licensure:

  • Current ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology (RT)

  • ARRT Mammography (MM) certification required

    • Must meet one of the following:

      • Registered prior to April 28, 1999

      • Completed an FDA-approved 40-hour mammography course

  • Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Additional registry certifications may be required depending on modality
