New Medical Director of Midwest Occupational Medicine

Senior Aeromedical Examiner now seeing patients in Wichita and Park City clinic locations

NEWTON, Kan., (March 6, 2015) – Newton Medical Center has named Greg Kahrs, MD, as medical director of Midwest Occupational Medicine, which encompasses flight and occupational medicine services as well as drug and alcohol screening services.

Dr. Kahrs is a Wichita native and graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is board certified in Family Medicine and a certified senior aeromedical examiner (AME) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He is a prior active duty Air Force flight surgeon and still active in the Kansas Air Guard. He is an active private pilot, aircraft owner and pilot advocate.

Dr. Kahrs is seeing patients at both the Wichita and Park City clinic locations.
