Free Open House and Ribbon Cutting Set for Thrusday, August 27
NEWTON, Kan., (August 17, 2026) – NMC Health is making it easier for local families to get expert care close to home from a trusted physical therpay clinic. To do this, we have opened a new NMC Health Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation clinic in Park City.
Everyone in the community is invited to a free Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Thursday, August 27, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to help celebrate.
The new clinic is located at 1755 E. 61st St. N. It is inside the same building as NMC Health Family Medicine and Midwest Occupational Medicine. Having all these services under one roof means people in Park City, Kechi, Valley Center, and North Wichita do not have to drive far to get expert care.
“We want to make getting better as easy as possible,” said NMC Health Director of Outpatient Services Tad Parsons. ” Having our therapists right down the hall from your family doctor means you get seamless care without a long drive.”
The new clinic care for all ages, including:
Physical Therapy: Care to help ease joint pain, heal after surgery, and recover from sports injuries.
Speech Therapy: Care to help with talking, swallowing, and memory loss. The team also offers special help for people with reading problems and dyslexia.
