We are currently seeking a Supportive Care Worker for our Home Care and Private Duty Services. In this role, you will interact directly with clients providing comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily living needs in a manner that leads to high levels of patient satisfaction. You will use your dedication, compassion and strong communication skills to serve as a vital link between our clients and their continued independence always with the patients’ health and wellbeing at the forefront of our decisions.

This position can be part-time/full-time/PRN and will include varied weekday hours and weekend hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• 1-year geriatric care preferred

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Detail Oriented

Licensure and certifications:

• CNA license is preferred
• Current driver’s license required
• Must have reliable transportation
