We are currently seeking a Peri-Anesthesia Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) for our Peri-anesthesia department. In this role, not only will you be a valued member of our talented team of healthcare professionals, but also offer age-appropriate provision of professional nursing care to inpatients and outpatients, which includes, comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs, planning, coordination, teaching, counseling, and direct physical care. As a member of an inter-disciplinary team you will be responsible for evaluating patient response’s to care and progress towards outcomes as an essential aspect of care provision. This is a full-time position of 80 hours a week – Monday thru Friday!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience:
- Associate degree (ADN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required
- Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing preferred
Licensure, registration and certification:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
- Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Additional certifications may be necessary
