Clinic Lab Manager

We are currently seeking a Clinic Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic laboratories. In this leadership role, you will provide hands-on supervision and training for staff, ensure accurate testing and reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care through lab services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day supervision and support for waived laboratory operations across clinics

• Training and mentoring staff to maintain compliance with lab standards and procedures

• Overseeing data collection, analysis, and quality control reporting

• Collaborating with clinic directors, hospital laboratory personnel, and providers to ensure seamless service

• Troubleshooting technical or procedural lab issues and ensuring timely resolution

• Creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure proper lab coverage

• Supporting a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Salaried, exempt position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience (certification preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

• Minimum of 2 years performing waived laboratory testing
